TESTIMONY - Mr. Kingsley Umechukwu Testifies

• MY FIRST EXPERIENCE
  

I was born with a lung problem which always results in uncontrollable cough. It usually occurs whenever I am in a poor ventilated place, or whenever I inhale any substance with a strong fragrance. I was meant to believe it was a mere cough. But sometime in 2000,

while I was in my classroom with my friends, I suddenly felt a throbbing pain in my heart region. That was the first time I ever experienced such. When it happened, I noticed I started gasping for breath and could not move almost throughout my stay in class. When I finally got myself, I managed to get home but the pain didn’t subside.

From that very moment, I started spending my weeks in the Cordial Hospital, Kano State. They diagnosed asthma. That was at age 15. I was introduced to Ventolin drugs which will help manage the asthmatic attack any time it comes. I’ve been prayed for on several occasions, yet no positive result.

• MY ENCOUNTER WITH GOD’S HEALING POWER

I joined Love Ambassadors Ministries (LAM) in 2013, through an invitation from Mr. Alex Dominic. Since then, Pastor David Ifechukwu’s word-based teachings have tremendously built my faith. I mean to the point that I can believe God for my desires and receive them of Him. That was a revelation I was not acquainted with all through my previous years.

My miracle was made manifest on Sunday 26^th January 2014 during one of our church services. Pastor David was teaching a subject on faith, and all of a sudden, he made a call to demonstrate what faith is. It wasn’t planned for. It wasn’t a miracle service either. I believe it was engineered by God specially for me. He was trying to drive home the point that it doesn’t necessarily take a miracle service for our faith to work and for God to perform a miracle.

He called out for any one born with any form of disease, who has faith that God can heal him. When I heard it, I knew it was my time for my miracle. I stepped out in faith. Pastor laid hands on me and declared words for my healing. All at once, I felt free in my lungs and without any shadow of doubt, I knew I was healed.

To demonstrate my healing, Pastor asked for a strong perfume and sprayed it so close to my face, and for the first time in my life I did not react to it! It felt just like normal air to me. Glory to God! I got my healing that day and started learning how to live my life free from asthma. God’s word works. His power is real, and by faith we can receive anything from Him. I never knew it was that simple until I experienced it.

• DARE TO BELIEVE GOD TOO…

There is no sickness or disease that can stand the power of God. I’ve grown to believe that and to also live in the consciousness of His sure promises. It doesn’t matter if you were born with the disease, or whether medical doctors have given up on your case, God can still change your story. I’d rather hold unto God’s word than battle with the disease all the days of my life. Every miracle is hanging on His instructions. He can’t do anything outside His word. The truth is, no matter how long it takes to physically manifest, God’s word can never fail. All He requires from us is absolute faith in His word.

I encourage you to get hooked up in an environment that will build and keep your faith strong. Do not try to have or work up faith. Faith naturally comes to you when you stay in the word of God. Hear it enough, meditate on it, and have a rich store of it using every means available. Make use of your smart phones, i-pads, etc. Most importantly get established in a word-based church. I mean, I wouldn’t have known the word as much as I do now, if God hadn’t ordered my steps to be part of Love Ambassadors Ministries. My spiritual growth has been awesome.

I now know what it means to receive from God, and also pour out my life to be a blessing to people. I work with the Ushering department of the Ministry, and for me it has been from glory to glory. That can be your story too. Healing is part of the inheritance we all have in Christ Jesus. I announce to you that you will not only have your healing perfected, but God will also use your testimony and your life as a blessing to nations.
