The 5 M's In Developing Leaders

1. Modelling (setting an example) here the leader does the task while the people he is leading keeps watch.
2. Mentoring - leader continues the task and the trainee is involved in the building process to build confidence
3. Monitoring - Trainee performs the tasks and the leader assists and corrects
4. Motivating - the leader takes himself out from the task and let the trainee be in charge, be innovative. A leader must not know everything....
5. Multiplying - the leader makes him teach others what he knows
